Andrzej Rosiewicz<\/a>, the performer of the song “Najwi\u0119cej witaminy maj\u0105 polskie dziewczyny” (“Polish girls have the biggest amount of vitamins”) won thanks to it the first prize in a music festival in Opole in 1980. Truth be told, when listening to it today, it’s hard to fight the impression that now, when we talk about being politically correct all the time, such a song simply wouldn’t have any chances for being created. The rumours say that even back then, in the 80’s the Czechoslovakian government wrote an official diplomatic note, expressing their discontent with the joke about Czech language. What’s more, there were voices saying that it’s not politically correct to joke about German language.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

People may say whatever they want, but I will still say that I don’t consider this song to be offensive to anyona. I thinkt its author had a great sense of humour.
